Shipping policy

We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are shipped via Omniva or DPD parcel lockers, depending on the customer’s selected delivery method at checkout.

Estimated delivery time within Estonia is 1–3 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the selected parcel locker and the customer has been notified of its arrival.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at innerprojectmelluxbeauty@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier service.

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
